A season where comfort meets confidence on the Milan runway
At Milan Fashion Week, Dolce & Gabbana introduced a lighter side of sophistication. Designed by Domenico Dolce and Stefano Gabbana, the Spring Summer 2026 collection revealed a softer, ease and more personal side of the Italian house. It explored the idea of luxury that feels lived in, where comfort and craftsmanship meet with quiet confidence.
The palette stayed calm and intimate. Striped cotton, satin, and neutral tones appeared and delicate
embellishments that caught the light with subtle charm. Each look carried movement and warmth, reflecting a confidence that comes from simplicity.
The show opened with fluid pajama-style looks in glossy silk, followed by light sheer pieces that caught the glow of the runway lights. Every movement and look felt natural, carrying a sense of ease that defined the collection’s rhythm. The designers described this approach as instinctive, one that allowed emotion and individuality to lead the design rather than trend.
Colours stayed muted and pure. Striped cotton, soft ivory satin, and pale sand tones moved alongside sheer black fabrics with gentle shimmer. Leopard prints and lace added a touch of nostalgia while still feeling new.
Accessories were deliberate but never loud. Cameo-inspired jewelry, gemstone accents, and bags added
texture and balance to the simplicity of each look.

The front row reflected that same balance of confidence and grace energy. NCT’s Doyoung appeared in a long black coat with a fur collar, styled over a clean black look that spoke of quiet
sophistication.

Actress Moon Ga-young stood out in a leopard print coat paired with a lace bralette and wide denim pants, bringing strength and ease together in one look. Both captured the modern, global
spirit that surrounded the show.
As the final look passed, applause filled the room and lingered softly. Dolce & Gabbana SS26 closed on a note of ease, proving that elegance can be simple and deeply human.
This season, Dolce & Gabbana showed that confidence is not about standing out. It is about feeling at home in your own grace.
