NNT MODE and NNT Cosmic News stepped into SEVENTEEN’s [NEW_] World Tour in Singapore last March, not just as media, but as part of the crowd that carried the night forward.
Held on 7 March 2026 at the National Stadium, the show drew more than 36,000 fans, filling the space with a kind of energy that felt constant from the moment doors opened. This stop marked a
continuation of SEVENTEEN’s tenth anniversary run, following their fifth studio album,
‘Happy Burstday’, a project that shaped much of the night’s direction.

We ended up in the VIP section, which came with access that shifted the experience entirely. The soundcheck set the tone early. Before the full production, the members stepped out in a more relaxed frame, greeting fans, running through a few songs, and speaking freely. It was during these moments that the distance between stage and audience felt smallest. Mingyu became the centre of teasing after his now widely circulated jogging photo, while S.Coups mentioned how he had been moving around Singapore and found the fans here especially well-mannered. The exchanges were light, unfiltered, and specific to the city, something that stayed with the crowd even
after the main show began.

The concert itself opened with a full-scale entrance. One by one, the members took their positions
across a moving extended stage that cut through the stadium, bringing them closer into different
sections of the audience. ‘Bad Influence’ led the opening sequence, transitioning into ‘Happy Burstday’, setting a pace that didn’t drop for the next three hours.

Their first ment segment carried a different kind of connection. It wasn’t scripted in the way large showsoften are. Instead, the members leaned into the local atmosphere. “Did you miss us, la?” Vernon asked, the line landing instantly. DK, Seungkwan, Mingyu, and Joshua followed with their own touches of Singlish, throwing in “alamak” and “aiyo” mid-sentence, small details that turned the scale of the show into something more personal.

Throughout the night, the structure of the concert moved between group stages and individual sets.
Each member stepped into their own segment, shifting the mood of the stadium with distinct
performances, from sharper, performance-driven tracks to more introspective stages that held the
crowd in stillness before building again. Even within a production of this size, the focus never stayed fixed on the stage alone. Members moved across platforms, stepped down to interact with fans, and treated the space as something fluid rather than contained. It created a rhythm where no section of the stadium felt left out

The final stretch carried the kind of energy only an encore can hold. ‘AJU NICE’ closed the night, not as a quiet ending, but as a release. Confetti, movement, and voices filling the entire
stadium at once, a final moment that felt less like a conclusion and more like a shared exhale.

In Singapore, SEVENTEEN didn’t just perform, they met the crowd where it was, and stayed there until the very last note.
